*OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & POLICIES*

Please read this policy carefully as it contains important information regarding wholesale area. This is the most current and up-to-date wholesale information to date and will take precedence over any email form of the same so please check & read this often

Wholesale terms are as follows: Orders must be placed within the wholesale area of our website. Orders placed in the retail section will be charged retail prices. If for some reason you cannot access the wholesale area you should call or fax your wholesale order to us to insure that you will receive wholesale prices. All prices in this area of the site are wholesale and are in US Dollars, not all items in the retail area are available at wholesale prices, once you log in successfully the prices you see are the prices you will be charged. Our minimum order is $75.00, the shopping cart will not let you checkout until you have reached $75. Orders faxed or phoned in that are under the $75.00 min will be charged a $15.00 processing fee. We reserve the right and will at our discretion pre-authorize the credit card of any large order placed, for the order total plus an additional amount to cover shipping to insure the card it valid before we take time to pack it. This means we will place a hold on your credit card funds for the order total plus an additional amount to cover the shipping costs. We will charge your card for the actual amount once the order is packed and ready to ship, once we charge the card for the acutal amount the hold will be released. Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been packed and weighed and are added to your order sub total when invoiced. **No shipping costs will show up in the shopping cart** Orders are sent via the US Postal Service or UPS. Any order shipped uninsured at the customers request is shipped at the customers risk. We cannot replace or refund any orders lost or damaged that have not been insured. If an order is received damaged you will need notify us immediately so we can file a claim with UPS or the US Postal Service. You are required to save the box and packing material for 14 days just in case UPS or the US Postal Service wants to inspect the damage before paying the claim. THIS MAY INVOLVE YOU TAKING THE BOX AND CONTENTS FOR INSPECTION. If the damage requires inspection and you do not save the box and packaging materials and we cannot file a claim we cannot reimburse you. Claims payments can take up to a month or longer for us to receive and we reserve the right to wait until the claim is paid to us before we refund or re-send the damaged items. AGAIN If you DO NOT save the packaging and it is required for UPS or USPS to process our claim we will not be able to refund or replace the items damaged. We will try to confirm all online orders within 24 to 48 hours. We will also email you when your order has shipped. We require all orders be prepaid with a credit card or Paypal. We accept money order or certified checks on retail orders only, BUT NOT wholesale orders. If you place a retail order and want to pay with a money order you will need to wait for a total from us that includes shipping. We CANNOT SHIP THE ORDER IF THE PAYMENT DOESN'T INCLUDE SHIPPING. We do not offer any kind of net terms or accept CODS, personal or business checks. Any personal or business checks received in the mail will not be honored. They will be marked void and returned to you. We no longer allow wholesale customers to mail in money orders due to past problems with not receiving the payment after we have taken the time to pack the order to get the shipping amount. If you place an on-line order and choose not to submit credit card information for payment and choose the phone/fax checkout option, its your responsibility to get your payment info to us via email, telephone or fax. We will not call you for it. **PLEASE NOTE** We do not process, pack or hold any items on your order until payment info is received. If you are planning to call or fax us your credit card info, we suggest you do it as soon as possible to insure the items you are ordering will still be available. International orders must be paid with a credit card or Paypal only and will be shipped via the US Postal Service airmail with insurance unless the buyer notifies us that they want it shipped by a different method. If you do not want the box insured then PLEASE note that in the comments area when checking out. Items ordered that are out of stock are not automatically placed on backorder. If you would like the out of stock items backordered and shipped when they are available you will need to note that in the comments area of the shopping cart check out. Otherwise you can re-order the items at a later date. Any order discrepancies found must be reported to us within 3 days from the date you received your order (we are able to obtain the date delivered from UPS and the US Postal Service) in order to receive an adjustment or replacement. Returns must be reported to us within 5 days from the date you received the order. You must contact us via phone or email with a list of the items you are returning and reason for return. YOU NEED to obtain approval from us first BEFORE returning any items to receive an exchange or refund. We are not obligated to refund or replacement any returned items that we have not first approved. Non-damaged merchandise returned will incur a 20% restocking fee and must be in the same condition as when it was sent to receive a refund. All shipping charges are the buyers expense. We do not refund any shipping charges what so ever. So please purchase wisely and ask any questions you may have BEFORE placing an order. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on clearance or sale items. Please order ahead, when we are busy it can take 5 to 7 days for order processing. We allow our products to be purchased for resale at craft shows, internet websites and ebay. However we do not allow anyone the use of our graphics or products images. You will have to take your own product pictures if you need them for re-selling the items. All of our product images and graphics belong to us and are copyrighted with the Library of Congress copyright office. All our graphics and product images have been digitally watermarked and can be traced if used. So please don't.
